The terms behind
clearer traffic.

These short terms set the practical boundaries for using JuicyTraffic. They are intended to be clear, not intrusive.

Using the service

You may use JuicyTraffic for lawful business purposes and are responsible for your account and the people you authorize. Please keep credentials private and do not use the service to interfere with others, access another customer’s data, or submit harmful or unlawful material.

You stay in control

You choose whether to deploy the probe, what campaigns to connect, and whether to enable a rule or automation. JuicyTraffic supplies signals and tools; you remain responsible for your websites, campaigns, visitors, notices, permissions, and final advertising decisions.

Adult-industry use

The service may be used by lawful adult-industry businesses. You are responsible for confirming that your sites, content, targeting, payments, and advertising activity are permitted in the places where you operate and where your visitors are located. We do not review or approve your campaigns, content, or compliance position.

Your data and integrations

Your business keeps its rights in the data it provides. You allow us to process that data only to operate, protect, support, and improve the service. Connected advertising platforms and payment providers remain separate services with their own rules; use an integration only if you are authorized to do so.

Credits and payment

A qualifying unique advertising landing visit uses one click credit. Credits are described on the pricing page and generally do not expire. Charges, taxes, payment disputes, and refunds are handled under the checkout terms and applicable law; we may pause access when a payment issue cannot be resolved.

Results are not a promise

Traffic scores, labels, explanations, and automations are operational aids. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they do not promise a commercial outcome, a legal conclusion, or that a campaign action is appropriate. Review important actions before relying on them.

Service changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, security work, network conditions, and third-party platforms can affect it. We may change or pause features when reasonably necessary. You may stop using the service at any time; we may limit access for misuse, security risk, or unresolved payment issues.

Legal limits and updates

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and JuicyTraffic is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, advertising spend, or decisions you make from the service. We may update these terms by posting a new version. If a provision cannot apply where you are, the rest remains in effect to the extent permitted. Questions about these terms can be sent to
