A limited approach
We do not ask visitors to submit their name, email address, payment details, or other direct identity information to use a customer’s site. We do not build cross-site advertising profiles or sell personal information.
What reaches the service
When a customer installs the JuicyTraffic probe, the service receives technical visit and campaign signals: a time, page and referring origin, browser and device categories, interaction summaries, and relevant campaign or conversion identifiers. Requests also carry network information, including an IP address, from which we create scoped security and repeat-activity identifiers.
Why we use it
These signals help detect duplicate, automated, or unusual activity; produce traffic-quality reports; operate customer-selected rules and integrations; protect the service; and respond to support requests. They are not used to identify a visitor by name or to follow that visitor across unrelated websites.
Browser storage
The probe may keep a first-party session or attribution value in browser storage so a paid arrival is not counted repeatedly and a later conversion can be associated with that arrival. It does not set third-party advertising cookies.
Customer control
The business that installs the probe chooses its website, campaign settings, and which data fields it sends. That business is responsible for its visitor notice, consent choices, and lawful use of the service. Visitors should contact that business first about a visit to its site.
Sharing and protection
We use carefully selected providers to host, secure, support, and process payments for the service. We share data with a connected ad platform only when a customer asks us to perform that integration. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with a valid legal request.
Keeping information
We keep account and support information for as long as an account needs it. Traffic event records are kept for a limited operating period—normally no more than 30 days—unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, audit, billing, or a legal obligation. We use access controls and encryption for stored integration credentials.
Your choices
Where applicable law provides a privacy request right, we will consider requests for access, correction, deletion, or other choices after verifying them. For questions about a customer’s website deployment, contact that customer. For questions about JuicyTraffic itself, contact
