Troubleshooting
Collection hostname is pending or invalid
Fix DNS, certificate, and hostname mapping problems. Updated 2026-08-22Compare the complete hostname in JuicyTraffic with the authoritative DNS record. It needs one CNAME to the target shown in the dashboard.
DNS remains pending
- Remove conflicting A, AAAA, or CNAME records for the same host.
- Confirm the record is on the DNS provider that hosts the active zone.
- Do not include
https://, a path, or the root domain in the CNAME name. - Allow time for DNS TTL and global propagation.
DNS is active but TLS is pending
Certificate issuance follows DNS validation and can take several more minutes. Keep the CNAME in place and avoid repeatedly deleting and recreating the hostname.
Health works but the Campaign Link returns 404
The hostname can be mapped to the wrong site or environment, or the saved link is disabled or still propagating. Reopen the site in Campaign integrations and copy a fresh link.
If DNS ownership moved away from JuicyTraffic, remove the hostname from Integrations before reusing the subdomain elsewhere.
