A click stays preliminary

A click can remain preliminary while JuicyTraffic waits for bounded browser evidence and finalizes the deterministic decision. This is expected immediately after a visit.

Check the state

• Awaiting probe: a Use my domain redirect was recorded, but browser evidence has not joined.
• Probe executed: browser evidence arrived; a complete observation summary can still be pending.
• Incomplete observation: the browser hid, closed, or blocked delivery before a complete summary. Missing evidence is uncertainty, not proof of no interaction.

Wait at least several minutes before treating one click as delayed. If many clicks remain preliminary much longer while new clicks continue to arrive, record two or three click record IDs and UTC times and contact support. This pattern can indicate delayed finalization rather than an installation problem.

Do not recreate the site, campaign, or conversion marker to fix already-recorded preliminary clicks.
