Preliminary and final decisions

A new click can appear before every browser signal is available. JuicyTraffic keeps the assessment preliminary while it waits through a bounded evidence and verification window.

Separate concepts

• Verdict is the deterministic Valid, Suspicious, or Invalid decision.
• Data confidence describes how complete the evidence is.
• Interaction level summarizes observed landing-page behavior.
• Automation likelihood and network risk are separate signals.

A low-interaction click is not automatically a bot. Missing probe delivery lowers confidence; it is never interpreted as proof that traffic is safe. Only a complete observation can support a confirmed no-engagement rule.

Most clicks settle within several minutes. If many records remain preliminary much longer while new traffic continues to arrive, collect two or three click record IDs and UTC times for support. Do not recreate the campaign to change already-recorded evidence.
