Inspect an individual click
Trace attribution, evidence, timing, and matched rules. Updated 2026-08-22Use an individual click record when an aggregate total or verdict needs explanation.
Review order
- Open Click events, set the intended date range, and select the row.
- Confirm campaign, source, placement, landing time, and conversion state.
- Check whether the browser probe is executed, awaiting evidence, or not observed.
- Review the observation state and interaction summary.
- Review network and device context as supporting evidence.
- Read each matched rule and reason code.
- Confirm whether the decision is preliminary or finalized before taking action.
Use JuicyTraffic's click record as the lifecycle identity. A shared IP, browser-token correlation, session, or external click ID can help investigate a pattern but does not prove that two rows are the same paid visit.
When escalating, share the click record ID and UTC time with authorized support. Do not copy raw IP addresses, authorization tokens, or full customer URLs into an unsecured channel.
