Getting Started

First-day launch checklist

Verify tracking, attribution, credits, and reports before scaling a campaign. Updated 2026-08-22

Use this checklist after setup and before increasing paid traffic.

Before you begin

Have the complete HTTPS landing-page URL, access to the website's shared <head> or tag manager, access to the ad campaign's destination URL, and the platform's placement or click-ID macros.

Installation

  • The published landing page contains one current probe snippet.
  • The snippet is in the shared layout and is also present on the conversion success page.
  • Test probe and, when enabled, Test conversion both complete.
  • Browser developer tools show no Content Security Policy, CORS, or blocked-request errors.

Campaign URL

  • The ad platform uses the complete generated Campaign Link.
  • Required jt_ parameters were not renamed, decoded, or removed.
  • Platform macros remain macros in the ad platform, not literal example text.
  • The link reaches the saved HTTPS landing page without an unexpected redirect loop.

Controlled live check

Send a small amount of traffic first. Confirm that one known visit appears in Click events, opens to the expected campaign/source, and progresses from preliminary evidence to a final decision. Aggregate views can update after the individual click.

If one stage fails, stop at that boundary and use the relevant troubleshooting guide instead of reinstalling every component.
