Account & Billing

Understand payment and credit status

Know what happens after PayPal or cryptocurrency checkout. Updated 2026-08-22

A checkout creates an internal order before the payment provider confirms it.

Normal flow

  1. Choose a package in Balance & billing.
  2. Complete the hosted provider checkout.
  3. Return to JuicyTraffic while the order status is checked.
  4. The provider sends a signed server notification.
  5. JuicyTraffic verifies provider, order, amount, currency, and final status, then credits the order once.

The browser return page is not proof of payment. If the browser closes after payment, the verified provider notification can still finish the order. Duplicate provider notifications do not add the same credits twice.

If credits are delayed

Refresh Balance & billing after a short wait and check the order status. Confirm that you completed the provider's final confirmation step. Do not immediately create another payment if the first provider transaction is already complete.

Contact support with the internal order ID and provider order or invoice ID. Never send wallet keys, account passwords, full payment credentials, or webhook signatures.
